Install the MSI
- Save the MSI that matches your system, then double-click it in your Downloads folder.
- Follow the setup wizard through the install folder and Install screens. Approve the Windows prompt if you intend to install this package.
- On the Finish screen, launch PhotoCraft, or search for PhotoCraft in the Start menu.
Success check: the PhotoCraft window opens. Choose File → Open, select a sample image and confirm it appears on the canvas.
Run the Portable ZIP without installing
- Choose the matching file with “windows” and “portable” in its name. “Source code (zip)” is source code, not the Windows application.
- In Downloads, right-click the ZIP → Extract All. Choose a writable folder and extract the entire archive.
- Open the extracted folder and double-click photocraft.exe. Keep portable.txt and the other files beside it; do not run the app inside the ZIP.
Success check: the PhotoCraft window opens. Choose File → Open, select a sample image and confirm it appears on the canvas.
